Tonight, Senator Barack Obama will give his acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention in Denver.  All Americans should tune in to see what he has to say. But travelers and the 1 in 8 Americans who have a job related to the travel industry will be listening extra carefully.

You see, we’ve been hit hard by high fuel prices, a crumbling air traffic control system, and declining travel from foreign visitors.  We don’t want just lip service from politicians. We want to hear a concrete plan from both candidates about how they are going to get our travel system working again.
